Why the heck would I do that??? The SS is paid for and I figure for what I would pay in difference for the other 2 after getting killed on depreciation, I can wait 6 months and go buy a nice used 06 low mile Vette. I'm so glad I thought things through and got smarter :). Inpatients will kill you every time.

Or you could simply wait for the new ZR1 if you can foot the bill :)

I'm still having a hard time believing that we are actually going to get to see a street Vette pushing over 600hp stock!

man I would love to have any of them. My wife and I are building our dream home at age 33 so we just don't have the extra cash for the cars right now. Sucks!!!!! I just have the need for speed so badly. Sold my 00 C5 last year and miss it so much.

I wouldn't buy the V right now until mid 2009 when the new V is in its second model year. I think that is when I'll be looking for my non daily driver but I'll probably go with a C6 coupe or Vert.

Ouuuu...........

I have to solution for you.

A Magnacharger! or an STS Turbo!

For a mere $5-6.5k investment, you can have something faster than the SRT8's!

Stop saying that lol!! I'm like an alcoholic when it comes to cars. I'm so tempted right now just to go drop some coin on a new Z06. It's just so hard to hold back on a car when it comes at an expense of a stupid house. Well at least I get a checkered floor and a leather couch in the garage lol. It will be my new home.

Who smartbuys? Do you get the same discounts? Does it really work out in our favor as opposed to buying? (besides not keeping it)
