Don't quote me but I think Hypertech has a computer based program that might work. You may also want to check out Jet as well.

I want to make a mod to my Trailblazer and introduce a hydrogen fuel cell into it and see if I can improve the mileage on it. I have working model for the unit my problem is how do I get around the chip? I'm thinking of programming it but I don't know how to go about doing this.
