another sad day in trailvoy world 1/26/08

while on my way to work at 4a.m om saturday morning . i am watching in my rear view mirror for this car comeing up on my ass real fast. i step on it to get out of his way signal right then alll of the sudden he spun my truck out of controll. as i ended up in the woods bleeding out of my nose and eyes he just kept on going leaving me to bleed there to death. as the emergency team arrived i had to be extracted from the trailblazer, i went to the nearest hospital then had to be flown to Boston for plastic surgery. pics of my truck can be viewed in 2002-2008 trailblazer gallery cause i dont now how to post them with this .

Sorry to hear about the bad luck. Sure hope they catch the prick. Must have been quite the hit given your injuries and damage to vehicle. As a paramedic I see a lot of stupid crap that happens to nice people and like others have said, it's just a truck; your life means more. Get well soon.

thanks very much for all of you who wrote back with concerns. my one and only questions is with all of the damage should the airbag of deployed or not this is a question i need to know so i can put this to rest.:thxs

My god, I would imagine that they should have, but I do not know for sure. Get better soon!

Unless you have side impact airbags, I have to say no. The side took the brunt of the impact, not the front. Looks like you may have slowed enough before the front hit anything for the airbags to not go off
