Hello all, this is my first post.

I just bought a used '07 SS, and drove it back to California from Idaho. Nothing like a 600+ mile drive to get the feel of your new SS!

Great vehicle. Love the power and torque.

Like most posts, I need info. I just discovered today that when all doors are locked, the tailgate glass can still be opened.

Anyone know of an easy way to wrench on this without taking it to the dealer? Everything is still under warranty, but I hate losing it to the shop for even a day.

Thanks guys,

b

Take it to the dealer... if you have a warranty... use it... i doubt it's an easy fix. The most likely fix for something like that is to change a setting in the ECM/BCM or to replace the hardware in the rear door. Most dealers have a courtesy vehicle, drop it off before work, have them drop you off at work and then pick you up at the end of work to pick up your finished truck... easy as pie!

:iagree:I've seen this discussed elsewhere. Seems to be a fairly common problem.
