Dusty dirt smell in cabin

When ever I put my foot in the peddle on the highway or other wise I get this dusty smell in the cabin my filter is clean.:confused:

Are you pressing the recirculation button for your AC system? If not, you're getting air from outside which probably smells nasty going through the car's system.

AC can be off dont matter it happens when I put my foot in it like passing someone on the highway etc.
