Hello All,
I was going to paint my Calipers today, but i am having a difficult time finding stable jack points to jack up the truck.I tried 2 solid looking places on the frame but everytime i would start to jack it looked like it was going to bend it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont have an ss, I do use the frame, if the jack has a cup-thing on and thats whats causing the bend, place a block of hard wood between the jack and the frame, 2 x 4 works good

All the Trailvoys have full frames from front to back, or you could use the gear box.

What jack points? I've never seen a vehicle this hard to jack up before, and I've done it a few times now rotating tires. The frame is so rigid, there's places you can jack one point and lift three corners! I don't worry about bending the frame anymore, I don't think it's possible. I just jack it far enough away from the wheel well to get a stand under as far forward or rear as possible. I start at the rear, go side to side, and then rear to front. Once all four are up, she's solid as a rock.
