Has anyone ever replaced the rubber bushings the swaybar is mounted to the frame with? The noise I hear, in addition to the clunk/knocking when driving over bumps is a squeaky noise...like how rubber on metal might sound. I'm considering replacing the bushings too and seeing it that helps. Has anyone else experienced this?

you sure it's not the rubber contacts from your hood?
Find a place where you can reproduce the noise, then pop your hood using the handle and try to reproduce it. If it goes away it's the hood bumpers... if not it's probably your bushings..
I had both problems back on my 03, so once I fixed the hood, they replaced the bushings and then no squeak

If your bushings arent cracked or compressed, you may not need to replace them. Use some White lithium grease and it should take care of any squeaks and keep your rubber in better condition.

I was reinstalling my siren speaker today and I needed to turn the wheel all the way to the stop in order to get my hands up where I was fastening the speaker. Anyways, when the wheel was turned all the way to the left it made a squeak noise....and when I got out of the truck and it went back to its resting position, it squeaked again.... so I slide under the front bumper and as I pulled on the newly installed front runner and my weight was applied to the truck, I found the lower control arm bushings are what's squeaking. I think that's what those are called, here is a picture:

I assume these are replaceable, it's too bad there's not a lube fitting on here, I am sure that would solve it. The bushings look okay, should I just try the lithium grease that someone else suggested? And where does one find a suitable lithium grease?
