What color?

Well I need help . What color should I choose for my new SS.
Maybe RED JEWEL TINTCOAT(extra cost):hissy:
SUPERIOR BLUE METALLIC
or SUMMIT WHITE

what color would you choose if you were in my shoes .

Silver has a nice look to it, I had my choice of any exc black (reason I traded in my 3k mi GXP!!) and the others are nice, but the silver was an eyecatcher with the chrome wheels (or whatever they are). plus dirt/ding/scratch wise, nary a thought in a parking lot, all the other colors showed dirt BIG TIME! especially the white..

5)Black, nicest but the worst PITA out there...

White actually is the next color to silver for not showing as much dirt.If not better.Dirt is going to show more on blue and red.

seeing is believing, for some reason, maybe no side moldings or the large wheels, at the dealer I looked at all the choices, and believe it or not all were dirty:eek: and the one that showed the most dirt was the WHITE, even more so than the black, the contrast of a lil mud splatter on the side was huge, even the black wasen't as bad. GO FIGURE? they were sitting there for some time, my dealer had 15 of them and they sold half in the last week,so I got a real good Idea of the "upkeep" of what color on this particular truck, and I own a Magnetic Red Met. XUV, and dirt is visible but the white was worse, not for dust, for dirt.

Silver, if I had actually ordered mine and not found one, it would have been that! Easy to take care of, and looks good day or night

i think i read some where that graystone is available at extra cost.
if its so, why don't go with it since there seems no one with it and that

When I went to the dealership the salesman was very kind and we "played" with the ordering system for quite some time.

Greystone was NOT one of the codes that the system would allow while Red jewel was.

Red is nice but I couldn't bring myself to ordering anything other than black. It's the only color all of my previous vehicles have been.

I've always thought black is a great color. The problem is, a bird sh*ts 2 miles away and it manages to find a black vehicle every damn time! If I was single with no kids and lots of time to wash and Zaino, then I'd buy another black vehicle.

Personally, I like the white on the SS even better than on my 02, but I would have white or blue first and red last. Red for me just doesnt appeal very much, but if I saw one in red first in person, I might be persuaded...:undecided

SS means black end of story. They shouldn't even sell this truck in another color. What color is on the brochure? Black. What color are the test vehicles, black. Black is obviously the fastest color.

They took the gold hue out of the Silver Birch which really made it more crisp. Out here in beautiful California (except for the stupid liberals) where it was 74 degrees today, it allows you to wash a car in the sun because the light paint stays so much cooler. Silver!

I was just in Folsom 2 weeks ago, what a beautiful place (with the exception of the aformentioned blight).

My SS is black, had I known Graystone was an available option, I would have ordered it! Black is just so much work. :duh: I think all look damn good though.
