I just installed a cooler and guage and I can't figure out where to get power for the guage. It needs power when you turn it on and power after, to dim the leds when the lights come on. PS great site so far I changed oil, transmission flush, oil cooler and guage because of this awsome site!

I got the dimmer feed from behind the headlight switch for my gauge and underdash lights.
I could look at the wire color later, or get a test light to find it.

I need full power but after the guage is energized it runs the led numbers dimmer.

If you need regular power you may want to look if to see if you have switched 12v cig lighter ports....if they go off with the key you might be able to tap into it. Or the radio as a last choice option.
I think if you get up to 10 posts you can search the forums and find some other options for it!

This is weird nobody out there knows where I can get power in order? Gauge first then after power up to dim the led lights at night.http://forums.trailvoy.com/images/smilies/coffee.gif
