hey,
I have a question, most subs in cars are located in the truck but on my bose system, i think i have more bass in front speakers then i have in rear. Is that normal or r they messed? I Like them at the front but efew ppl started telling me how my speakers are messed.

Hey man. good question,(I have the non-bose) i had the fronts and rears in my TB at CC replaced then the installer had me listen to them. didnt like what i was hearing, so i told him to put my fronts back in and ive never been happier. to me they give me the sound i wanted with the aftermarket HU and the 2 jl 10's i have in the back.... :) so the fronts do's sound better in my opinion wither you have bose are non bose.

Yes, the subs are in the front in the dash on the BOSE system. The tweeter in the dash is for the highs, while the subs provide the deep bass as well as the mids. When I had the door apart for the turn signal mirror install, I looked at the fronts. You can get them up high enough to shake the panels, but the speakers have to be up so high that it is painfull. I like my music loud, but I think I will have to up the bass b/c in order to get the bass at a good level, I have to have the volume up really high.

There are no subs in the trailblazer. This goes for both bose and non-bose.
With the Bose sys. there are six speakers: Dash= highs, front doors= lows(bass), and rear doors= mids. In past models silverado, suburbans, tahoes the bose sys had a sub in the center console. Hope this helps.
