My SS seems to have a problem. If I remove my hands from the steering wheel and let the car move at street speeds, it pulls to the right slightly. At highway speeds, with both hands off the wheel, it pulls to the left. Any idea what is going on with this?

Have you checked tire pressure, with this cold weather up here in New York I have lost tire pressure and it has pulled. Just correct it and you should be fine

When the vehicle goes to the right are you in the right hand lane, and then when it goes left are you in the fast lane on the highway?
That might be your only problem, the crown of the road and 20" wheels,
just my $.02

Like the other posters said, tire pressure. Also could be alignment.

You probably knew this already....but....most road surfaces have a slight grade to them on each side to aid in drainage....hence slightly right on backroads and slightyly left on highways (in the fast lane).....but like I said....you probably knew that. :x
Edit:
whoops....nastety92 nailed it, thats what I get for not reading previous posts....:o

keep it simple before you go to the dlr..probably just the roads you've been driving on along with the huge tires with no sidewall..

more often it is somebody not use to driving with wide tires they track and grab the road surfaces different. yes make sure you set the air correct and you could get the alignment checked for a place other than the dealer so they can give you an unbias opinion, oh and get a print out. sometimes you can add just a little toe in to help drive straight and more positive caster will help also and give you more stabillaty at speed :)

Goto a flat parking lot and repeat your test. Sometimes 20" wheels and tires will pull to whatever side the road is leaning on the highway.

my 20" don't pull or tug on any road surfaces but i did the alignment when i put the larger wheels on :)

Went to the dealer yesterday, the alignment needed to get changed a little bit. It's a bit better now. I know about the road crowning issue, my old escalade with 22"s weren't bad.

I just took my SS into the dealer this morning for the same problem. We'll see what they say...
I had actually considered the possibility of a slope in the road, but found that no matter where I drov the pull was to the right. I only have 1,228 miles on it, and haven't hit anything, so it better not need an alignment. Tire pressure in the tires was the same on all four.
Funny part is, I really don't remember a pull in the beginning, and the right front tire appears to tilt a bit. Hopefully, the dealer finds something, because I don't want to have to replace one of those tires because it wears funny.

Dealer just called, when they put it up on the hoist, found it needed an adjustment...BUT, the big part of the problem was the tire. When the tire was tilted, it wore badly, so now I'm getting a new tire too.

Sounds like they might actually have you fixed this time. Keep us posted.

While i dont have an SS im having the same issues. However i think that my upper ball joints and the stabilizer links?? need replacing. i HOPE that is whats causing this issue. It just started it mid drive home yesterday. Think its an alignment issue, hope it is anyway but no sense in aligning a truck with busted parts. Does my analysis sound correct???

Since it started mid-drive it could be tire related. Jack up the front and have someone spin each tire and see if the're are any slipped belts. The upper ball joints could be a problem as well so with truck in the air grab the tire at 12 and 6 and push/pull and look at the upper ball joint for play
