So, since I don't have anything installed yet, I keep switching ideas on what I want to do with my TB. I like the x pattern strobes in the rear and flash the highs in the front, so thats a 6-strobe power supply. As for color though, I always liked the behind-the-grille led units but now karo has me all twisted on this design. Granted, these are only fog lights, but still would that not be badass?

But I don't see the light pattern being as visible in a rear view mirror.

Any thoughts/recommendations? Then again I might just use a dash unit... But that's no fun :D

I like the idea you are proposing,.....but I have no idea what your question is....

what is this second idea that has you twisted?

He's talking about putting strobes in the grille guard mounted fogs.... instead of the highbeams...

i think the lights will be just as visible in rearview mirrors... and it would look BAD ASS... even more so, make it a 8 stobe set up and do them in the factory fogs and the grille fogs!!!!!

Ok rephrase.

My plan right now has a 6 strobe pack that does turn signals / reverse lights in the rear and high beams in the front. As for LED's I haven't decided yet.

This pic is of Karo with his foglights which are kinda useless up there IMO but look pretty darn cool for emergency lighting. I was thinking of doing this in the front and rear rack bars, especially since LED's in the rear glass are kinda diminished due to tint.... Would this location be visible to cars in a rearview mirror?

And while intriguing, I wont be putting strobes in rack mounted fog lamps. It would just be too "out there" and would definitely scream WHACKER to any cars I come up on.
