I'm thinking of buying some floor liners for my TB...Does anyone have Husky Floor Liners for the front seats, & 2nd row seats? If anybody does have them, how are they and how do they fit??? I found these on ebay

I have the husky liners in my '03 Envoy. I got them because they were the only style to cover the dead pedal area on the left driver side. Easy to clean. I would have preferred the catch all's but they don't cover the dead petal area. Got mine at Summit Racing. Pricing on the Ebay site is just so-so, about retail. :m2:

I love mine. Cheapest I found when I got mine last year was at Cabelas.com. I like these liners because they protect the carpet very well and clean up should be easy. Haven't cleaned my liners out yet and am amazed at how much dirt and crap are on the liners. Makes me wonder how much would have been on my floor mats if I hadn't gotten the liners. Also, they fit great. Would definetly consider these Husky Liners again and again! :D

Another vote for the husky liners here. They take the abuse really well.

Ordered and just recieved my GM floormats that are custom for the trailBlazer!
Cost me $115 CDN, but i love the styling and material! I had them in the TrailBlazer on the way home from the dealership, but they smelled bad, like a strong rubber smell, so i kept them outside overnight and just flipped them over. Will install them tonight in the Truck and see how they look!

I'd suggest these as well.

I think you can get them for like $75 at gmpartsdirect.com
I put them in for the winter, take them out in the summer... great investment to keep your carpets clean. They are high quality, thick rubber, and exact matches to the carpet mats

My dad got "aftermarket" liners for his tahoe from the dealer, and they sucked big time. The weren't molded all that great, and were pretty flimsy.
That's why I suggest the GM ones.

I am in and out of my truck about 20-25 times a day in all weather; rain, snow, etc. I just installed Weather Tech floor liners in the front of my TB, a little pricey, but they have already proved to be the best I've ever had. Similar to the husky liner, but fit like a glove, no kidding. This winter I will not have to worry about the salt that Illinois loves to throw all over the place, and just this past weekend, after a field trip w/ my Lab, all the mud was easily contained. Weather Tech is located just outside Chicago, so if you live nearby, you can save on shipping costs, too.

Hey guys,

Looks like there are some folks on this thread that have experience with both the Weathertechs and the Huskys..

Looking to get some floor liners for my wife's Trailblazer for christmas.

I know the Husky's are the only ones that fit over the dead pedal.
I've also heard the Weathertechs fit really well in the front. How do the Husky's compare in the front?

Also, anyone have opinions of which ones are better in the 2nd row of seats? Anyone has any good pictures (the ones on the various resellers' sites suck.)
I'm debating if it might make sense to get the Husky's in front for the dead pedal coverage and get the weathertechs in back if they fit better.

thanks guys.. !!

Ah.. one more thing.. anyone with the charcoal carpet in the TBs (ours is a 2004, with the two tone charcoal/gray leather seats)... You think the gray color liners will look good and contrast nicely with the charcoal carpet? I'm thinking it may serve to lighten up the interior a bit since it's a bit dark.

Dont know about the Weathertechs, I have a complete set of Husky Liners, front, rear, and cargo mats. Love them to death! Very nice to know when I jump in after skiing that my carpet isnt getting loaded with water!
I got mine for $51.95 front and the same for the rear, but the cargo was like ($90 4yrs ago when I got my TB) $83 for my RX300, so the TB cant be that far off.

My vote---Buy the Huskys....I wouldn't trade them for even the Weathertechs(still not a bad product,though...). Just my:m2: . The complete "dead-pedal" coverage is what closed the sale for me...

I bought them Michelin at Costco for $~35 CDN.
They fit perfectly and can hold a lot of water. I'm really-really pleased with them.

I have the rubberish catch all and so far this winter they have been awsome. after walking aroujnd in the snow all day and going back to my truck there is a puddle sitting there from where the snow fell off of my feet. i just take the matt ouot and basically drain it there.

I have the Husky "floor mats" not the liners and I just love them. They cover the dead pedal as well but it did take about a week for them to settle into place. They hold alot of water and they haven't moved an inch since I put them in two months ago.

I have the WeatherTech liners for the front. I like the way the front part of the mat fits (by the pedals). However, I do not like the way they fit near the seat - they do not go back far enough to where the seat starts. So, to solve that problem I bought the cheapest set of floor mats at Walmart (less than $10 for 4). They are very thin and flexible and I put them under the WeatherTechs to cover the hump to the console and up to where the seat is bolted into the floor. The WeatherTechs are nice as they do not have a "lip" near where the door opens. However, I bought my husband the Husky liners (for his Ford 350) and they go back farther to where the seat starts so they don't require a "patch job". I like the design better on the WeatherTech's - I do not like the "channel iron" look of the Husky's. Too bad someone can't make a liner with the best qualities of each brand. Also, the Husky's are cheaper than the WeatherTech ones.

I just go my Husky Liners from http://www.autoanything.com for $70/pair. Bought a pair for the 2nd row seating also for the same price. I have an 06 TB and they fit great. I did have to clip the left most column of spikes on the underside of the driver side mat so there would be no chance of scratching the aluminum chevy trim (not sure if this is 06 specific). Otherwise all is good. I also found that I can lay the stock mats right on top of the liners, thereby keeping that "carpet" look. When there is bad weather or know dirt will be tracked in, i can just throw the OEM mats in the back.
