Is there any difference in 2005 STOCK SS rims and 2006? Just curious as someone is interested in swapping me stock 2005 SS rims for my rims posted for sale on this site.

The TB SS did not exist in 2005 model year.

I see you wasted no time getting the ones that came on your truck on eBay... :)

I would contact every Chevy dealer from Marysville to San Francisco and ask if they are interested in a trade. I bet you'll get a taker.

EssEss,

Iam actually ordering my new stock SS wheels from a guy i found from this site for about 1400 delivered. This includes all the other necessary rim items.. center caps, lugs, etc.

When i physically get my truck i will order them which should be either Sat or next week at latest :)....

Hows your truck doing Bro?

Iam just going to try to sell my rims that are on truck now once my stock ones r installed, no big deal.

Oooh .. I forgot .. Another thing you MIGHT be interested in, which your vehicle should have came with .. are the Valve Stem / Sending units. I didnt order them with my SS wheels because I dont have the SS .. but since you DO have the SS, they will work with your vehicle ( the DIC will display your tire pressure, although they may not be completely accurate, its still a nice feature ) .. They normally cost about $49 each, List price, but you can get them for less. Just to let you know if you may be interested in those as well since it should have come on your vehicle originally as well.

Dealer should be responsibe for seeing the truck has the Valve stem sending units. If dealer removed, dealer should put them back. Customer is paying for them when he buys the truck :m2:

That should be the case, but this is a unique situation.
