Greetings.
As my first order of business, I'd like to promote Zero as my VP. He was a great help in co-ordinating the last meet and was gracious enough to offer us his shop as our meeting location. Thanks buddy! I hope we get to see more of your toys!!!
As my second order of business, I would like to initiate a new hierarchy to the Eastern Chapter. It'll be similar to that of the other chapters here. Since we cover many Provinces, I would like each Province to have a Representative and a Vice-Representative. Ontario already has the President & Vice-President, so we won't need the Rep positions unless the Prez and VPrez positions are moved to a different Province.
Provincial Reps (and their assistants) will be in charge of facilitating Local & Provincial meets. They will report to the Chapter President (or VP). They need to be living within the Province they wish to Represent to qualify. It would be nice if they can manage at least one (1) Provincial and/or Local meet per year.
If we ever get to the point of being able to facilitate an INTER-PROVINCIAL meet, this will become a group effort, with all Reps co-ordinating with the Chapter President, and this Chapter's President with the other Presidents (Ultimate goal).
So. I'd like to see members put their names into the hat for this:
Eastern Canada Division:
-Newfoundland = Rep (open), VRep, (open)
-Labrador = Rep (open), VRep, (open)
-Prince Edward Island = Rep (open), VRep, (open)
-New Brunswick = Rep (open), VRep, (open)
-Nova Scotia = Rep (open), VRep, (open)
-Quebec = Rep pjaneiro, VRep, (open)
-Ontario = President - m0stly_harmless, VP - Zero
We need to get participation and membership levels UP in this chapter. Come on! Let's represent people!!

En tant que mon premier ordre d'affaires, j'aimerais prononcer Zéro comme mon VP. Il était d'un grand secours en aidant avec la coordination du dernier rassemblement et était assez aimable de nous offrir son garage en tant que notre endroit de réunion. Mercie! J'espère que nous aurons la chance de voir plus de tes jouets!!!
En tant que mon deuxième ordre d'affaires, je voudrais lancer une nouvelle hiérarchie pour notre chapitre. ll vas etre semblable à celui des autres chapitres ici. Puisque nous couvrons beaucoup de provinces, je voudrais que chaque province ait un Représentant et un Vice-Représentant. L'Ontario a déjà le Président et Vice-Président, ainsi nous n'avons pas le besoin d'un Représentant et son aide à moins que les positions de Prez et de VPrez soient déplacées à une province différente.
Les Reps provinciaux (et leurs aides) seront responsable de faciliter les reunions local et provincial. Ils feront rapport au Président du Chapitre (ou au VP). Ils doivent vivre dans la province qu'ils souhaitent représenter pour qualifier. Il serait bon s'ils peuvent aussi presenter au moins un (1) rassemblement provincial et/ou local par année.
Si jamais on se rends au point de pouvoir faciliter un rassemblement INTER-PROVINCIALE, ceci deviendra un effort de groupe, avec tous les Reps coordonnant avec le Président du Chapitre, et avec les autres Président (objectif ultime).
