for some unknown reason my first thread on these changes was deleted..Let's try this again..

I installed my Amp/Sub, Amp under the rear seat, where the jack bars/rods were kept, I relocated them to the cargo area storage compartment, still in their bracket/holder...

I also removed the white in the "SS" around the truck, and removed the trailblazer...I also added some vinyl overlays/inlays to my rear bowtie (homemade, with some vinyl I had leftover from my Grafxwerks order) I also installed the bowtie overlays for the centercaps, all in Met. Silver to match the truck. I am waiting for another rear bowtie that I ordered it will arrive any day, it is covered with a clear flexible polyurethane to give it a 3D appearance.

here's some pics...AGAIN by the way the Truck is filthy, but Silver hides it well!!

You inspired me to go out last night and install a 10" sub. I love it!!! It has alot of bass inside the ride but when you close the door it is almost quiet on the outside which is what I wanted. I just wanted it to sound good inside without being intrusive to others.

That must be the "quiet" tuning put into the 05+ TB's, because the Bass in mine is also loud inside but with the windows up, only slightly can be heard outside, no real loud rattling outside, open the window though and you can hear it down the block (needless to say I make it loud with the windows up, I haven't made it that far into my midlife crisis yet:rotfl: )..

I just installed my LIQUDOME inlay on the rear bowtie, and alls I am going to say is I AM AMAZED!! This is the way to go if anyone wants to replace their UGLY gold rear bowtie, looks factory, it is deep, actually fills the void left when I removed the gold inlay..the pics really don't do it justice..

Hey Tony,

The bowties look great, thanks for posting the pics... Are those the reflective white, metallic silver, or which color? I've been looking at their website trying to decide on what color to go with for center caps, SS inlays and rear bowtie insert, and was considering the liquidome for the tailgate, but they didn't have a pic posted yet. Looks sweet in the pics, imagine it looks even better in person.

mine are all Met. Silver, and they go on rather easily, especially the liquidome rear, barely flexible, so just line it up and push.. I am looking into the "SS" inlay for the emblems in a Met. Silver or Chrome liquidome, to give it a "3D" look and match the rear Bowtie, also I got this Email form the guy doing the front Bowtie with the "SS" engraved into it, similar to the Silverado's custom emblem but with the proper TB "SS" font...

We are in a fit it to the truck stage, there is a little back and forth on
this. Also building a jig to bend the bowtie is difficult however that is
done. I still have the inlay to get done as well and I need to get to a
Chevy Dealer to get the colors as well.

So, I think it will be about 3 to 4 more weeks to be honest however it,
will, be, worth your patience.

I will keep all in the loop.

should look awsome when they're done, I will post pics whenever I get mine.

used the power post of the rear fuse box (I ran 8 gauge) only a 15" run to the Amp, ground, I used one of the existing posts that held the bracket for the rods/bars for the spare tire, remote came from the best piece of electronics I ever bought, the AOEM-GM24, that's the adapter for the factory head unit, plug & play, I didn't have to cut one wire, not even tap into one..
