Hello Shockwarehouse,
I ordered a full set of Bilsteins for my '03 Envoy on 8/10/09 Order # 59721. After a few days I found out that the shocks were on backorder. After a few emails and calls finally sent out the front set on 8/19. Now I wait for the rear set. The dates have changed many times from 8/22 to now 9/15. I just want to complete the installation soon!
It is possible to drop ship components from suppliers, I do it all the time in my job. Please Shockwarehouse help me out.

Yes, this back order has been a nightmare and we can understand the frustration. Unfortunately our hands are tied as Bilstein provides the dates when these shocks and their availability. Some of these have been pushed back several times.
We're unable to drop ship them.

Since my order has been delayed into September...I think I deserve this promotion...
Bilstein Shocks 25% off promotion
How about crediting me the 25% since you already billed me the full amount of the order.
Please let me know...

Sir we haven't charged anyone for parts that are back ordered. My only reasoning in this case would be you paid through Paypal, which they charge immediately. Credit card orders aren't charged until the part numbers that are back ordered are received by us and shipped to the consumer.
Again, the back order is an issue directly from Bilstein. They don't have the inventory and are having to manufacture these parts. The problem is they don't have the inventory at the moment to cover them. Unfortunately our and our constomer's hands are bound by them. No retailer of their products have these. Hundreds of orders are affected by this back order due to great demand for a quality product.
The 25% promotion is only for select part numbers that Bilstein picked. The A333 and A335's are not part of this promotion.

Were these eligible for the August 10% off promotion? I ordered 4 in August, but didn't see any mention one way or the other regarding this promotion.

No, those weren't eligible for that or even this promotion. It appears only the A334's are for this vehicle. The A333 and A335's have been on back order and I'm assuming why Bilstein didn't make these eligible.

UPDATE: September 25th
finally received my back orders rear shocks for my Envoy. Have installed them and they work great.
