truck runs fine for a few day then its runs like crap rough idle once in a while change crank ,cam sensor thorttle body and plugs anyone with help would be great help:thx

Are you getting any CEL's? Check the air filter and changed the fuel filter?

Have you cleaned the throttle body and mass air flow sensor?

i change the muffler and put a flow master muffler on it and mybe that could be the prob to no back pressor

No, its not the muffler. Zero backpressure would not cause the vehicle to idle rough. It would only cause you to lose power and torque in the low RPMs and run more open in the higher RPMs.
I reiterate WOOLUF's point here since there could be several problems: is the vehicle throwing any codes?

sorry every one the remote starter wasnt the prob my trucks been in the shop for a week and they cant fined anything.it stop running ,and broke down went back 1 hour later and it started up but ran just as bad, no codes , any suggestion any one :bonk:

i replaced the cam cylinoid and my truck is work great again ,but still no cruise control
