ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Professional golfer Tiger Woods was seriously hurt during a car crash near his Windermere Home early Friday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 33-year-old was driving a 2009 Cadillac SUV when he hit a fire hydrant and then slammed into a tree on Deacon Circle at 2:25 AM.
Woods was by himself at the time.
He was taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.
It’s not clear yet what caused the crash. Investigators say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
Charges are pending.
Hope all turns out ok...:(

MAY03LT 11-27-2009, 03:22 PM If Tiger Woods crashes into a tree and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound?

WOOLUF1952 11-27-2009, 08:50 PM I thought "Driving" was a good part of his game. So much for Driving for show, and Putting for dough.
SteveTB03 11-27-2009, 09:02 PM How does someone that lives in that house pull out of his driveway run into a fire hydrant and a tree. He must not have ever driven out of his house that must be it.
Devilz311 11-27-2009, 11:41 PM Apparently he wasn't "seriously" injured. I heard secondhand that a news report stated the Trooper that was interviewed says any collision requiring an ambulance is "serious." :weird:
He's already been discharged.

NightstalkerJay 11-28-2009, 08:09 AM Now reports are saying that he and his wife were in a heated arguement and his wife clawed his face. He then ran and got in truck whle his wife was "tee-ing" off on the truck with golf club. I guess she caused him to have the accident.

barniejekyl 12-06-2009, 06:02 PM Obviously the Escalade is NOT the best get-away car. He should take some of his millions and invest in a better ride for quick exits. His ALLEGED girlfriend count is up to FORE.................:hahano:
fzkey 12-06-2009, 06:21 PM I'm just trying to picture a black man rolling in an escalade and being chased by a petite white girl, on foot, with a golf club.
