What is the biggest size 22" tire i can put on my slt without sacraficing ride quality and fitment?

I believe the perfect fit you are looking for is 265/35/22 or 265/40/22. Also, tire manufacturer. specs are a tad different so this should be considered as well. But you have to know as you leave OEM wheels and go to a 20 or 22 you are gonna sacrifice some ride quality period. If you plan on lowering eventually I would go with a 35 and if you don't, then a 40.

265 40 22 with a belltech 2/3 drop worked fine on a customers truck i did today.
