I was just wonder if anyone on here has ever tried Torco fuel additive, supposedly it gives you the equivlent to 104 plus its unleaded? Or has anyone tried any variant or racing fuels Trublu102, 112, 114 or c16? I know asides for the c16 the rest are leaded. Just wondering and if you have whats your track results/seat of the pants meter telling you?

Sure, I've used lots of different types of racing fuel... in my high-comp snowmobile that requires it.
Its pointless though to use it on your SS or any other street vehicle that was tuned to run on premium pump gas.
If you are getting 0 KR with pump gas, then *ANY* "racing fuel" will do absolutely nothing for performance gains. In fact, it'll actually slow you down (less BTUs). Its a proven fact that you get the most HP from running the lowest octane fuel you can run w/out inducing knock....and with our SS's that's normally 91/92/93 octane.

VP makes great Unleaded Fuel. I believe it is the StreetBlazer series. I have run it in my BMW drag bike and it improves my times. Good luck

like mentioned, stock tuning & race fuel will be no gain.
I have heard great things about Torco within the lightning community. in the Lightning I use about 5gallons of 105 unleaded mixed with the 1-2gallons of 93oct in the tank and have a SCT programmer with a 100oct tune/program for the track (firmer shifts too). On the dyno this alone was worth 19hp & 35tq :)

Should I put 87 in my tank then for the most HP?

Well, no, for most performance and hp/tq from the LS2 in the SS, put 91 or premium into it.
Read the manual, it should say something like "premium fuel recommended, 87 regular octane will result in lower performance, etc".
For the regular TB/Voy engines (I6 and small V8), 87 is the recommended. For the LS2 6.0L V8, run 91 especially if you have a tune.

I'll quote my own posting. NO, do not run 87 octane.
