I heard when you take your TB in for service they have a up-date for the PCM.....I had mine in for service :sleepy: a couple of days ago for the fog light shake brakets and oil change. There was also a recall for the seat module that was done. When I was driving home the truck did feel different:confused:
l thought they might have put the wrong oil in since the guy who worked on the truck told the service manger I don't have fog lights on the SS,:undecided he might not know it takes mobile 1 oil...but that was cleared up.Just the other day I found out about the PCM up-date....
Does anyone know what was changed in the programing?

Door/Liftgate module updates have nothing to do with the ECM/TCM.

If it is the PCM it can be anything from putting the VIN number in to a complete redo. Most of the times it just feels different because the PCM has to learn how you drive again.
