My brother-in-law spotted an SS here in Rapid City, SD. Didn't believe they existed until now. Well, I at least didn't think I would see one around here for a little while longer. Could've been a tourist, though.

there a 4 in my neighborhood alone..2 black, 2 silver, and my friend has a white one down the block from his & he's only 7 miles away..they are EVERYWHERE hear in Ocean County, NJ..

and I sat in an SRT8 Jeep, same dealer has Chevy, and the SS was only 20ft away, both in the showroom...That Jeep is very nice and the Wifey LOVED it, even though they were asking 49+k for it...

Driving around the neighboorhood the first day I got mine I spotted a black SS parked on the street. I was kinda surpised I didn't notice it before. Since then haven't seen any more in my area of Chicago.

Although driving home from work last week I was caught off guard when a SRT8 pulled in front of me and a Cayane Turbo was right behind me. We were stuck in traffic and my SS had less than 100 miles on it but I was so wish I could've opened it up and see what it would have done.

saw my first SS on the road last night on the Bruckner Expressway. He seemed like they type of guy that was given this real big sales pitch to purchase the highest model with no need for it at all - I wouldn't think an SS owner would be wearing flannel and smoking in his car. He was doing 50 in the right lane, I was so disappointed.



Then again, he was probably diving it to get the most out of the gas mileage.

I've seen about 4 SS's since I brought mine home. One turned out to be somebody I know. It seems like eveytime I turn around I am seeing one. Only seen 1 SRT8 though. Hey Homertime, Whereabouts in Brooklyn, I played 1 year with the Mariners.:D Waiting for fuel prices to get back down so I can get back up there.
