Took some shots tonight, unfortunately the location I was at was not lit the way I had planned. The top floor of the parking garage is usually lit very well with these yellowish lights, I was going to go for a nice reflection off of the pewter paint but no-go.

So I settled for the 3rd floor's horrible lighting and came out with only 2 halfway decent shots.

Hope you like.

Whoa.... in that lighting the truck doesn't even look pewter. Looks more like straight silver to me

I wouldn't have guessed the color right, and MY truck is pewter too!! :raspberry

If I had to guess I'd say those are Silverstars -- that's what I have in my truck's fogs also. Easily mistaken by some folks as HIDs.

After seeing other peoples luck with Silverstars, I may have to try them myslef, and buy some fog lights. I will add that to my to do list. :duh:

They turn off when you flip the switch to the parking lights only.

1. Turn ignition
2. turn on fog lights
3. turn knob to "parking light" (2nd) position

Thats it :) Fog & parking lights stay on, headlights stay off.

I do this all of the time, especially in the rain, and dusk/dawn, looks awsome!!
