Does someone have a closeup picture of the stock TBSS throttlebody and intake they can post pictures of?

I doubt that would yield any hp at all. I don't think the TB is a restriction at the level of power we're running. Mabey after a high flow intake and full exhaust but I doubt it. Our restrictions are in the tune, exhaust, and OEM CAI. And that :x torque management :duh:

I was thinking about smothing out some of the sharp edges to help produce better air flow. when i ported the carbs on my racing snowmobile it was good for 6 HP at the crank(just a thought,I'm new in this go fast truck world):)
This mod is mentioned in GM High Tech Performance this month. The article is called 5 free mods 10HP. I am thinking of doing this myself.

Thats on a manual cable throttle body on an LS1 not a LS2.I would bet very little would be gained. The Ls7 throttle plate opens differently and the ratio of the tac motor is also much faster. Most gains would be @ higher rpm. Would probably not be worth it till headers, cam, etc.
