I just noticed a rubbing noise when I turn right.
It only happens when I go around a corner fast and right turn only.
Any ideas other than taking it into Chevy and have them play with it ???
Thanks !!!

Same here. I took it in when I was getting my first oil change to a local dealer but couldn't locate the problem. He just said they were not able to hear anything??
I'll try a different dealer next time I take mine in for oil change.

Funny this was brought up. I just noticed the low speed right turn rub too. It didn't bother me, as I looked under and didn't see any damage and it only did it once. I think it has to do with where the suspension is sitting at that point whether it will rub or not.
BTW, I did hear a "popping" sound though. Almost sounded like when I started it up, the suspension stuck for a second, then suddenly got free.

I haven't noticed any rubbing on mine, but my old '86 IROC used to rub when the wheels were turned in either direction. It never did any damage and went away after the tires wore.

My 1994 Ford Lightning will rub but that is because the rims/tires used on this truck are too wide and fit the control arms....
Hopefully the SS rubbing is not a problem. I'll run by the dealer and see what they say.
Thanks for all the feedback :)

I have the same issue. Occurs during both left and right turns. I will have it checked out the next time it goes to the dealer.

I went by the dealer and they will take a look at it when my fog lamp braces come in.
I tried jacking up the front end and spinning the wheels with the wheels turned... just to see if I could find the rubbing... of course not.
Well I tried... the dealer gets to play with it next.:)
