Hello TrailVoy members! :)

First, I would again like to thank everyone for making this site possible. The growth of the site over the past few months has been amazing. We got to the 5,000 post mark on 6-7-05, and just about 34 days later, we passed the 10,000 post mark! I even had to move the site to a better and more reliable host last month because we out grew the old hosting.

I also want to thank our Staff Members, Charlie (02EnvoySLE Guy), Joey (MoJoe), J (Jman423) and the Moderators, Larry (Black Ice) and Dave (Dave). They assist in helping the site run smoothly, contribute great content, suggestions and ideas. Thanks!

Two New Forum Categories Added

The much requested "Show & Shine" category has been added to the Tech Talk section. All questions about interior & exterior vehicle care should now be posted in this category.

A "Hot Deals" category was combined with the "Group Buys" category in the Classifieds section.

A Stronger TrailVoy Community

I just wanted to remind everyone that having a complete and accurate member profile and signature will ensure a stronger overall community. Also, a good signature will save you time by having common information automatically shown at the end of your posts.

Please fill out your location in your profile. It will help us know where our members live. A simple city, state format is all you need.

EX: Dallas, TX

Please have a working and current email address on file. If you subscribe to a thread and someone replies to it, or if you receive a private message, the forum will be unable to notify you. Rest assure that we do not share your information with anyone. You may also choose to not have your email publicly displayed in your member profile. FYI: The member list and profile is only accessible by registered members and not to the general public.

Please create a simple signature.

Forum & Site Rules

A set of guidelines will be posted soon to ensure we continue to have the friendly community atmosphere we have had since day one. I will not let this forum go in any other direction. I will be talking with the moderators and staff members to get their suggestions for the new guidelines.

One topic that will be discussed is Unsolicited/Spam Private Messages. I have already recieved word of such activity and have been forwarded PM's by the members who have recieved them. This is a good way to get banned. :raspberry

Any member who receives these types of private messages are encouraged to forward them to me. :)

Thats if for now. Thanks and have a great weekend!

I love TrailVoy.com. I removed all my badging and vowed not to put any emblems or decals on it ever again. And then I met you guys. (sniffle) Those TrailVoy stickers are beautiful, man.

It's my pleasure, man. My wife keeps teasing me about getting a TrailVoy vanity plate, even though I told her that:

#1 - License plates in PA can only have 7 characters, and
#2 - Tommy is in PA too, and if it was available as a plate, he would have it.

Oh well. Gotta go to Office Max so I can start working on those business cards... :D

What about just "TRL VOY" or "TRLVOY" instead? That along with the stickers would look good :m2:

That would work, as would "FATTY TB"

The only problem is that if I get a custom plate, it has to be blue/yellow/white like the normal PA plates. My black D.A.R.E. plate matches my Dark Spiral Grey Metallic EXT so nicely... :undecided

Yeah, i love my DARE plate too. Too bad you cant customize a dare plate. That would be cool. :)

Here in MI, you can customize any plate design. I could even get a Michigan State University plate like mine customized if I wanted it. If I could get "WT VOY" it would read "SWT VOY" -- which I might even consider doing once I get more mods on :D

how much is it for a custom plate in the US? In canada i think it is close to $200 with tax

Depends on the state and what plate you customize. :m2:

I've always wanted a personalized D.A.R.E. plate that said "F DRUGS" on it. :D
