Just a heads up to the members who are detail orientated like myself. Today I painted my brake calipers and while I had the rims off-I gave them a good cleaning. Never Dull for EagleOne works like a charm. I had a bunch of slight pitting and discoloration and now it looks like brand new! Charging my camera so no before shots. Trust me-its the best 6 bux you can spend ;)

still stalling and dying trbl

Hello All
This is my first post but i have read and learned alot from you...

Hello All
This is my first post but i have read and learned alot from you guys and gals.

I have a 2004 GMC Envoy with around 75,000 miles.
My problem started out with stalling and sometime dying.

codes i have had p1133, p0133, p0132
i have replaced plugs, fuel filter, air filter, and removed the throttle body with neg from bat removed.
i have also used seafoam in the vac line of brake booster and in fuel tank.

After doing the seafoam it ran quiter and smoother than it has in a long time and code free.
when the fuel level got to half a tank it started stalling and dying on me again but no codes.

I topped off the fuel (around 14gal) and that did not change anything. This too has happened before when this all started. After it sits with a full tank it may not do it again untill the tank gets to around a half of tank, this has also happened.

Not sure if the fuel gage is accurate now because i do have a bad cluster (i do have the new stepper motors already (thanks to the great info on this site) for that fix just have not gotten to it yet.)

i am suspecting a bad or weak fuel pump. I have had the pressure checked and it was good but it was not acting up at the time.
or could it be fuel pressure regulator or something else.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this problem?
Any any suggestions on testing the pump or regulator or something else?
I have an Actron CP9135 code reader and i know how to use a multimeter.

Thanks in Advance
ken

p.s. this is a great site with lots of knoledge and info.:tiphat

so after searching the forums i found out that it is the rear HVAC actuator. more important is that it seems easy to replace. unfortunately there is some ambiguity to the part. there is mention of a temp actuator and a rear actuator. someone said that this is the part "ACDelco 15-72811" Could someone please help me and clarify the countless threads on this issue. I have an 04 Envoy XL and could use a definitive answer on what i need to order and if it really is easy to replace

I had SES lights with codes of 305, (I have previously replaced the thermostat, engine coolant temperature sensor), I replaced all six coil packs(delphi) and the proper ACdelco plugs, cleaned the throttle body and tried the relearn battery disconnect and I have been having P0300. The miss begins only after the motor has been running fro about a minute. then the misfiring commences.

A while back I cut a couple holes in my ceiling and mounted the OEM...

A while back I cut a couple holes in my ceiling and mounted the OEM overhead console and storage compartment. I didn't have the actual bracket so for the compartment so I epoxied a couple wood blocks to the roof and screwed the thing in; the compartment goes through quite a rattle in a carwash. The console was a little trickier and has never sat quite as flush as I'd like. On GMPD I found #88954179 in their catalog but when looking through the actual Trailblazer parts manual I found #88937208. #88937208 isn't in the catalog at GMPD but returns in their regular parts search as a "Retainer" while #88954179 returns as an "Overhead console - Bracket." The "Retainer" is almost $30 cheaper so I'd much rather get it than the other. I would verify with GMPD but such parts would not be associated with my VIN.

Anyone know which is correct or have a VIN I could use? I'd need one for an '02 standard base Trailblazer w/o sunroof.
