Low beam headlights are DEAD!

As the title states, i have somewhat of a major issue, my low beam headlights are not working about 98% of the time. Sometimes i turn on the car and they are on, but after a couple mins of driving, they simply turn off. Other times they dont turn on at all! Now, my high beams work, my fog lights work, turn signals, brake lights, etc, etc, its just the low beam headlights that are acting up. Ive tried swapping out relays with no success. What else should I try? Anyone had similar probs??

Any and all help will be appreciated, as I cannot drive my Envoy at night, which means it pretty much just sits around.

BTW - its an 05 SLE Envoy 4x4 with around 110K on it.

Just had the same problem with my 06 TB. It was the Headlamp relay. Got a replacement from Advance Auto and no more problem. see this thread.
