The first thing to do is clean your throttle body, because a low idle is classic dirty throttle body. Make sure to clean the front and back sides of the TB. Also disconnect the battery or remove fuse #10 in the front fuse panel to reset the PCM.
If you still experience low oil pressure indication at idle, either verify with a manual pressure gauge or just replace sensor. It is located just above the oil filter.

No, is very easy. It is located near the oil filter.

Don't waste your money on the oil pressure sensor switch. This same issue happened with my '02 even after replacing the pressure sensor switch. Issue occurred the first time and then didn't happen again for another three months. Usually occurred when stopped at a traffic light. For a period of two years the issue would come and go. Sometimes as frequently as multiple times in one day and then not again for three to four months. If you slightly rev the engine when it occurs the pressure gauge goes back to normal. My throttle body was cleaned properly (for all of you that don't know what properly means - yes the battery was disconnected and I cleaned both sides). Another person on this site with the same issue said his problem went away by using a heavier oil weight and used Lucas Oil treatment. I don't know what that is but he claims that he hasn't had the oil pressure issue for a long time after using a heavier oil.
