ABS and StableTrac Failure

I am having problems with my StableTrac and ABS, I had a similure issue 2 months ago and replaced both speed sensors and it seemed to fix the problem, ABS did not kick in when almost stopped but then I noticed the Traction Control started to kick in evry time I would take off from a stop, well yesterday the ABS started to kick in again every time I would almost come to a stop and to add the ABS light along with the service Traction Control Light and traction control light would stay on while driving and go off.
I am at a loss what is going on, it appears to be a known problem with a lot of owners and I am just flusterated.
I am in fear to take it to the stealer just for them to say well I think its this and this and not sure if it will fix the problem.

Anyone have any ideas please chime in.

Thanks

Jeff
