My two cents here.But any locker or positrack I have had ,only one with AWD,,,On a hard road and turned very sharp,the front and rear would both bind up,and start hopping and make it feel like it was coming apart,could his be acting normal and this is what is happening,

Not our AWD system. The transfer case doesn't lock front to back UNTIL it detects slippage. And under normal slow speed conditions the G80 does not lock up side to side until it detects 100 RPM difference between the two sides. That's about 2 revs per second. I guarantee it's not normal - the AWD and 4WD systems are my specialty.
