If and should be overhauled, welding repair (like fellow tank); if there is no leakage of water, back and forth, repeated several times, will be poured lotion, then charge into a 2% aqueous solution of sodium carbonate containing rinse clean, until relatively clean up, reraise clean water (80-90 ℃) cleaning, until the release of water to clean up. As the cold external oil stains can also be cleaned with lye, is: will the oil soaked in lye place, brush clearing, until clean. After cleaning with compressed air to water intercooler within natural dry or blow dry or when installing the intercooler is not connected to the intercooler pipe connected to the engine performance car parts , start the engine, wait in the cold dry air outlet timeshare , draw a line on the engine intake manifold. If it is found within the intercooler core is extremely dirty, you should carefully check the air filter and air intake where there are loopholes in the pipeline, and troubleshooting.
