Lug pattern

Anyone know for sure if a wheel with the lug pattern 6x5.5 will fit my the trailblazer lug pattern of 6x5???

It would appear to me that you answered your own question. You need a 6x5 wheel to go on a 6x5 lug pattern.

Don't try to use another wheel, even if you can slip it over the wheel studs! When you tighten the wheel nuts it will stress the wheel studs as it tries to shift the wheel studs to the center of the lug nut holes. I've seen broken wheel studs before because of this.
