265/70R17 GUARD DOG M/T

Sticking with the stock wheels and the previously listed retreads to try and save a little upfront out-of-pocket.

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions?

Found the wheels I've always wanted, but Im not sure if they will fit, or what I will have to do to make them fit. I drive a 2005 Trailblazer LS 4x4

I think MarkMC makes an 1.5" adapter/spacer that will allow you to mount that 6x5.5 bolt pattern.

Aside from that, from what I am reading, lift will depend on the tires you're wanting to mount.

I'm not 100% sure with those 15's.

As you can see from my post, this is all theory for me, just repeating what I've read. (buying suspension lift, spacers and tires next week!)

With the suspension lift and spacers, I think you are somewhere in the neighborhood of 32" tires. I'm just not sure about the exact tire size with the 15" rims. (I'm sticking with the stock wheels for now) I'll be sporting something like a 265/70 17.

So I have read all 62 pages in this thread and found nothing on 255/80R17, but I'm going to make an attemp to squeeze them under a 3" lift w/ stock rims and 50mm spacers. I placed the order for these today:

I have an 06 envoy, will Goodyear Wrangler all terrains fit without problems in the 265 70 r17 size? Thanks for your help in advance

I just installed a 3" suspension lift and 1.5" spacers on stock wheels with the same tire size you listed and had to do a little 'trimming' to eliminate all the rubbing.

Ok, update. Sorry it took so long but after further inspection i decided to do a complete suspension overhaul... new BDS shocks, bilstein HD struts, ball joints and tierod ends.

The 3" suspension lift is prob a bad idea the strut arm hits the springs at full extension.. not good but still driveable. the 255/80/17's are a lil bigger than 33"s and have no prob with clearing. But all in all I am satisfied. I will add pics if anybody is interested. And Thanks for the input from this thread and forum.
