One of the biggest problems is an empty wallet and a drained bank account.:dielaugh:Seriously though...wait...I am serious.:weird: Tranny's can be an issue, more so if you get the mod bug. Rear diff groaning is all too common, but it's replaced under warranty. Those are the two majors. Btw, welcome to TV.

Our 2006 is starting to have all of the common issues. They are easy fixes under warranty, since they service techs have fixed these issues on almost every TrailBlazer/Envoy/Bravada/Rainer:

- Headliner around sunroof dropped down
- Clutch fan wire harness failed (caused main fan to be on all the time)
- Actuator failed (no A/C being blow through main dash vents)
- Fog lights shaked (fixed with brackets that are now on 2007s, TSB)
- Rubber seal around license plate was leaking goo everywhere (replaced under TSB).

Now just waiting for the tranny to die at any moment lol :) But it's still a fun truck, especially after the exhaust and tune.

The common GM ign switch hard to diagnose failure.
Complaints about poor MPG's on Premium fuel.
Short tire life like 15K miles on the short side w/o burnouts.
Expensive tires and limited choices for replacements.
Loud trailer hitch banging when towing.
Single digit MPG when towing.
PIA wire harness for trailer.
Exhaust odor in cabin when you get on it for the bad MPG's.
Rental grade seat comfort.
Needs a tune to run right...
Needs electric fans...
Can't pass a gas station.

10K budget for mods to beat a Dodge.
10K cheaper than a Dodge.
Has a spare tire where Dodge doesn't...

Out running just about everything else out there while towing a boat is Priceless!

The ride is quiet enough to hear the ticking of your passenger's wristwatch. (Or is that the transmission?)
Plenty of parts available to build an insane strong transmission...

So if you are prepared to pay to play
