Not Solved - Sunroof sits too low

First of all, super big thanks to hatchet669 for his sticky on the sunroof repair procedure. Followed it to install the repair kit and it worked great. Relearn procedure seems to have worked and the sunroof will go forward and back/vent without any issues or odd noises.

The problem I am having is with the glass level in the full closed position. It is sitting a little low in the back on just one side. With a coworker, we adjusted the glass as high as we could in the rear and got the front just about level but it is still sitting a bit too low to seal.

Only thing looks a little off to me and that is the white plastic pins on each side that clip from the sunroof frame assembly to the roof of the vehicle. There appears to be a gap and I do not recall if there was one to begin with. My first though was that something wasn't seated correctly and I took down the 11 bolts holding up the assembly, wiggled it around and pressed up as hard as I could before tightening the bolts. No change.

I am including photos of all the fasteners to reference their position. I searched around on here and of 6 pages of thread results, I found one from 5 years ago with the same issue but of course there are no replies or solutions.

Need help too!!

2007 GMC Envoy, My sunroof opened but now will only move about 3 or 4 inches then stops. the glass appears to be jamming against the top of the track on the back half of the window. Any Idea how to get it to move forward?

I'm trying to determine if I need a kit. The motor works and the glass is good, it just seems to be jamming..
