Front End Noise

I've heard a noise in my TB's front end and i can't seen to place it. It is very rare, I've heard it about 5 times and it only lasts a 5-10 seconds. It seems to be on the passenger side. It only happened going pretty slow after slowing down almost to a stop for either a turn or as a stop light turns green again before I've made a complete stop. It is in the acceleration and gets higher with speed but if I slow down or stop, it stops. It sorta sounds to me like a baseball card in a bike wheel. Kind of a rubbing sound. And it's not very loud either. Everything under there seems fine, nothing out of place. I last changed brakes and rotors about 5 or 6 months ago and this started about a week ago. It is extremely intermittent and there is nothing I can do to force it to make the sound. I usually do most of my own repairs when I know what's wrong but I can't seem to diagnose this problem. Anybody have any ideas of something I should focus on here?
