02 envoy overheating

my 02 envoy is overheating..have changed thermostat and flushed sys.. flud levels are all ok..was able to drive under normal conditions but over 65 its starts to overheat again.. now reg driving it overheats .. oh also waterpump replaced a year ago no play in fan.. now i have a belt that squeels intermitten before it starts to overheat,,fan clutch????help

Have you changed you coolant temperature sensor? It's located right under the thermostat

The belt squealing (IMHO) is telling you that something in the pulleys is locking up and not turning. Water pump? What condition is the belt in?
Check all the pulleys for binding, etc. You'll find something.

also check and make sure your belt tensioner and the pulley and make sure the bearings are good
