Does ur rear shelf convert 2 a table?

My owner's manual shows the rear shelf as being capable of converting to a table with legs, but I am not sure if this is standard or optional. I bought my '03 TB used, so I'm not sure if the previous owner removed the legs that go with it, or it never had them to begin with. All my rear shelf has is the hooks underneath, for hanging misc items.

I have the shelf on my '05 EXT but no table legs. That would be a handy option though.

i see a couple of things different on that red TB.
1- what are the designs on the back of the seats?
2- where are the slits that allow the headrest to tilt back.
3- some black dot on the left hand side (power outlet?)
4- grooves on both sides for laying this shelf- i dont have those
5- I see not compartment on the left hand side.( I 'hide' doggy bags and lint rollers in mine. any on the right side?- i have a big one.

im guessing ordering the table/shelf gets you different rear interior paneling
