My wife's 2003 Grand Prix (replaced by an '06 TB) did the exact same thing. Dealer replaced the blower motor and the resistor pack. BTW, that resistor pack was $47.00 !!

Newbie here. I am having this same problem.

I ordered a new blower motor resistor for my 2003 TB and the part that came looked nothing like the one already installed. Will it still work? Is it an improved pack? I just ordered one from Autozone and it will be in tomorrow. Any help appreciated.
