Wiring diagram for the Bose amp

OK, I probably spent a total of at least eight hours 'searching' for this! Now it's wine time!!

Does anybody have a diagram/schematic/whatever of all the wires going in and coming out of the bose amp?

Maybe it's not the best thing to do, but I want to cut the rear speaker wires before the amp and run them to my Punch 500X. Two channels are going to power a sub and the other two channels I want to cut the rear speaker wires after the amp and hook into them.

To word it another way; I want to take the pre-amp rear speaker wires - run them to an amp which will power a sub and the two rear speakers.

Any information?
Thanks

So, does this mean;
a. nobody knows
b. it's been answered 1000 times (I couldn't find it)
c. it's a really stupid question
d. I'm too impatient

I saw the article for tapping into the rear speakers, but that's not what I want.

I want to do my wiring at the amp. I can get the speaker wires I want and use that amps 'power on' wire.

Can someone help me with the GMT360 Bose amp connector wiring diagram? My 2002 Chevy Trailblazer Bose radio works intermittently. Some days when I first drive the TB the radio works as soon as I start the TB but the next time I Drive it the radio does not work. It never comes on while driving when it's not working and it never stops working as long as I have not turned off the ignition and opened the door. Some days it works all day while driving and exiting numerous times. Other times the radio does not work for days! The rear seat headphones work all the time whether the amp works or not.

I would like to check the voltages and signals at the amp connectors.

turbomike has a photo of the wiring pin outs Gmt360. Where can I get one?

I have a diagram for the 2005 on up (anybody need it - PM me your email), but that won't help you - the '02 - '04 had different amps/wiring.

I'm not sure I'd suspect the amp just yet.
Do your door/headlight/key chimes still work? If so, they go through the amp to the left dash speaker. That would rule the amp out.

When the radio is not working none of the warning chimes work. With the doors open and the key in the ignition there are no warning chimes. When the radio is working all the chimes also work.

Does anyone know if the Bose amps have circuitry that protects them from shorted or disconnected speakers?
