Exclamation Rear seat radio controls

Is it possible to retain the headphones outputs and rear radio controls if I install a Pioneer Avic-Z3? I do not have a rear DVD, just the controls with the rear AC/Heat controls. It's an 08 TBSS.

Thanks in advance!
Rob
