My Rainier

Here she is. I'm so excited, it's not even funny. I had pretty much decided on an Envoy but was having a hard time finding one properly equipped. Since Rainier's have most of the stuff I was looking for standard I started looking at them and fell in love with some of the extra touches. It drives a little bit smoother than the Envoy (from what I can tell) and is a little quieter. This one is an '04 CXL Plus and has every option except the V8 (gas mileage) and the DVD player (I'd rather have a sunroof anyway). I absolutely love it so far and I'll be driving up to Michigan tonight so we'll see how the first road trip goes. Let me know what you think!

NIce looking ride! I never noticed, probaly cuz I never got to see the inside, but the inside is closer to a Trailblazer than an Envoy. Interesting. It looks great. Have a great trip! Remeber, SHELL gas is worth ever penny.

Thanks! Yeah, it has a little less wood on the dash than the Envoy, but shares the same cupholders (weak). I also like the solid color seats...not as big a fan of the dual colors in the older Envoys and TB's.

Those gauges look cool, can you post a pic of them with the truck on?

I would have thought it would be all Envoy on the inside. The vents and control placement look more like my TB though. Still a very nice truck! I would like to have the same guage cluster that you have.

Now that...is the Trailvoy spirit! Next thing you know he will de-badge it and order clear lenses!
