My friend, I think your throwing money at it without figuring out the problem.
All of the things you have, or about to, replace can be tested in the vehicle. All are easy to test and expensive to replace.
Give us more info.
At this point, I think the problem happens when the truck is hot and has been turned off for 5 minutes (length of time it takes to add gas).
I'll bet, it always works when cold and it will always start if it is hot and sits for awhile, say 1/2 hr or more.
So, drive to the gas bar (or = distance) and park the truck. Try to restart after a few minutes, you will probably have the problem.
If you do, you should be looking at something like an injector leaking and flooding the engine.
