Announcement: TrailVoy Photo Gallery

The TrailVoy Photo Gallery is back up and running and members with more than 10 posts should be able to upload images.

While we were performing maintenance and fixes to the Gallery system, we had to remove A LOT of photos that violated the rules.

For now, we will be moderating all photos submitted to the Gallery, just the same as we do with the SS Registry. If your photos are in the correct category and don't violate the rules, the photos should be approved within 48 hours. Please review the following Gallery rules:

The following are considered part of the GMT360 family (including all trim levels):

• Chevrolet TrailBlazer
• GMC Envoy
• Saab 9-7x
• Buick Rainier
• Oldsmobile Bravada
• Isuzu Ascender

The following are NOT PERMITTED in the Gallery:

• Images of parts NOT installed on a GMT360
• Images of scenery NOT including a GMT360
• Images of non-GMT360 vehicles
• Images uploaded for use on the forums (attachments)
• SPAM or Advertising

Requirements for uploading to the Gallery:

• 10 or more posts in our fourms
• No account restrictions
• Minimum dimensions of 400 x 300px
• Larger images may be resized, but original size will be available

The TrailVoy staff reserves the right to remove any images for any reason. By uploading your images to the Gallery, you are agreeing to the Gallery rules.

Any members that would like to have an album started for their meet should contact me via PM and we will work out the details and get the photos uploaded

Help please,
Before the Gallery issue I had some photos in separate albums. Now all of my photos are lumped into "My Gallery". The FAQ's say I should be able to go to my "User CP" and go to "Pictures and Albums" link and then "Add Album". I can't find a "Picture and Albums" link in my CP.

Food for thought..

For those of us that are Vendors..
We should be allowed to have a gallery for our products..

I have noticed a sharp decline in sales since the change
and since the product is basicly at cost for members..
i have a hard time justifying the added Vendor member
monthly charge..

I am sure Jman will work something out for the vendors, but I am curious.
What "changes" are you referring to? These rules have been in place since the gallery first opened.

Before the changes ,i had pics of the lift kit and related pics in a seperate
album in my profle for a very long time.
The product was able to be viewed by new members without haveing to search, or the fear of being harased for being a NooB by other members
when they asked question in the treads about the product.

Now that the changes do not allow "anything not installed on a trailvoy"..
the pics needed to make sales are no longer allowed, nor do i have the
option to add them to a seperate album!!
i have sent message to Ralph to get this matter resolved asap.

As i have said before the product i offer like others here on trailvoy
is designed for encourageing partisipation in the threads and to help
support the site..
Not for profit!

We need a product album in our profiles (as vendors) to help sell our
product and support the site!
