factory amp location

First off let me say helo to everyone. I am a new user to this site and so far im loving it. I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I have an 05 Trailblazer with a factory non bose system and my speakers cut in and out. I have an aftermarket amp to replace the factory amp i just need to know the location of the factory amp. HELP?

Non bose does not have a factory amplifier.

not to hijack but the bose has the amp under the right rear seat? i thought i found it the other day

If you have bose, the amp is behind the rear passenger side trim panel.

Unless you have the ext model. Ext has amp in rear left panel. Rear right panel has rear a/c-heat blower/module
