Take apart the dashboard on a trailblazer

Hello,

This may be a duplicate post but I am trying to learn how to navigate this site.

I put my IPOD nano on the top of my dashboard and it fell all the way through the deforster grates. I think it is at the bottom, has anyone ever been able to take aprt the dash? How hard is it?

Thank you:::

It can take 4-5 hours to get it to this point. Longer if you need to get inside the HVAC plenum where the unit probably lodged. If it was me, I'd get a new iPod.

Thank you Roadie,

By the looks of your picture I think you are right. Time to get a new IPOD.

It probabbly is in the HVAC plenume, is their a steel bar across it?

Tahnk you again

Id try pulling the forward most facade piece off the dash, good chance thats all you need to do. Then start ripping it apart!
