air compressor won't turn on

Hi I have a pump inside my 2004 envoy for inflating tires balls,,, it won't turn on or light up. Any ideas..

Does it properly keep the air ride suspension at the right height?

Do you have a meter and can check voltages at the back side of the switch/light panel? (item 3 in the drawing)

Might just be corrosion on the connector where the switch/light panel plugs into the compressor assembly. Can you dig down under there and look for a 3-wire connector? It's on harness #17.
