Well they make 10w, 20w, 30w, 50w, and 100w leds. All of these will require my own wiring harness because they all require around 30V, and have to have a special power supply to power them.

And my saying is: "Go big or go home." haha

You could do with way less wattage and get a better light by using multiple 1w LEDs with reflectors probably.

Would require some aiming though..

1w leds only produce 60 lumens. I would need close to 110 of them to produce the same amount of light as 1 of the 100w.

that is a pretty intense LED. If it really puts off that much heat, I don't think our headlamps will be able to handle the heat.

WooHoo! I got my lights in the mail today. I will start fabing them up in my light housings tomorrow.
